Our Beginning,

It started on a Tuesday morning, brewing coffee.

The routine was familiar — grind, tamp, pull. But something shifted in that ordinary moment. Maybe it was the steam rising from the cup, or the way the morning light hit the kitchen counter, but suddenly there was a question hanging in the air: When was the last time I said what I actually meant?

Not the polite version. Not the socially acceptable edit. The real thing.

That simple question over a cup of coffee became the seed of something larger. What if there was a place where people could practice being real? Where the unfiltered thought wasn't something to be ashamed of, but explored?

From that kitchen counter revelation, Unfiltered was born.

Three people in a social setting, with one person holding a cocktail glass, and others engaging in conversation, in a dimly lit environment.
Two people standing behind a table with three bottles of wine and glasses.
Two women sitting at a bar or counter in a dimly lit room, one wearing glasses and the other with long hair, engaging in conversation. There is a disco ball hanging from the ceiling and a spotlight overhead.
A person holding a glass of wine and another drink with various bottles and glasses on a table, with a cityscape in the background at night.
